About The Scottish Arms Restaurant
Tucked away in the Central West End, just west of Saint Louis University, the Scottish Arms offers an authentic taste of Europe without having to cross the pond. Outside, the private enclosed patio entices guests with flowering gardens and relaxed atmosphere. In winter the fires are always blazing and perfect setting for a chat and a single malt.
The Scottish Arms has the largest single malt collection in the state of Missouri and one of the best in the country. The wine list was crafted by sommelier Frank Fox focussing on old world wine and although we focus on European beers we are proud to support local breweries like Six Row, Urban Chestnut and Schlafly on our 22 handle draught beer list.
Locally owned by Scottish native Alastair Nisbet, Executive Chef Hunter Dileo (who was also born in Scotland), and the culinary team offer Scottish and European classics all year round. The menu is forever changing for the season and we have a great deal of admiration for our local farms, Hinkebein, Farrar Out, Greg Pusczek and many more.
