Welcome to 'The Arms’, a proper Scottish pub in the Central West End, St. Louis. My vision was always clear: I wanted to create a home away from home and provide a true taste of Scottish fare and hospitality in St. Louis. In Aberdeen, on the northeast coast of Scotland where I was born, we have a phrase for this: Fáiltíonn míle … a thousand welcomes. And whether for lunch, brunch, dinner or late night entertainment that’s what The Arms will always offer to you.
We strive to provide humble and honest dishes that represent the complex culinary traditions found in the U.K. and Europe today. We are committed to a seasonal menu built upon on quality ingredients, sourced from sustainable local farms. But our hearts will always be in Scotland, so we make our famous Scotch Eggs, Haddock n' Chips and Bangers n’ Mash all year round. Our single malt scotch & whiskey collection is extensive and well balanced, with new imports, old familiars and limited editions always on display. Our constantly evolving draft beer selection changes with the season but a few mainstays, such as our beers from Belhaven Scottish Brewery and legendary British brewers Fuller’s, will always remain. We are now also proud to showcase the incredible quality of our beloved local breweries in St. Louis and have many local taps in house. Our bottled wine list focuses on old world vintages with seasonal glass pours. For those looking for a cocktail, we have a well crafted list of award winning Scottish Arms' original cocktails and some of the classics as well.
