Lead Line Cook
The Scottish Arms is currently seeking a Lead Line Cook to begin working with us in anticipation of our reopening later this summer. This position will be part time at first and then full time as we get closer to opening.
This is a great opportunity to be involved from the ground up working with our GM to set up an efficient kitchen with excellent flow. Our focus is on creating a low-stress work environment by seeking ways to make things easier. Your input is wanted in creating that environment! "If the cooks are happy, everybody's happy" is our guiding philosophy.
This is also the perfect opportunity for someone with great teamwork and leadership skills who could just as well do without the stress of a full-on management position. Leave the sleepless nights and the tossing and turning to us.
